These guys are known as the 'Rock N Roll Beards' and if you see them you'll know why. Looking like they just cam eout of the wild and playing like their life depended on it Hunter Gatherer are the real thing. Hailing from Athens, Georgia, USA. The home tome of many great bands including R.E.M. they toured all over, with Rydell amongst others and released several singles and a split Cd with Rydell on Scene Police Records (RIP).
Then, they recorded a full length album, the great 'Low Standards For High Fives' for release on Engineer (Ignition / scene police) and a track for the Firework Anatomy comp CD. Sounding like a mix of Hot Water Music, Small Brown Bike and down home country rock you know you need to hear this.
