Death Cassette is a vocally driven, grunge influenced punk band from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Blending melodic but aggressive guitars with a rhythm section that retains the urgency of hardcore punk. Their live show is in your face and high energy, with front person Amanda Sousa ensuring you are a part of the performance. Their debut release "Grim" and sophomore EP "Get Rid of It" earned national college radio attention in 2023 with "Reflector" earning a top spot on the Earshot Loud Charts. In late 2026 they are slated to release a full length album "Cheaper to Die" loaded with songs that can be shouted along to between moody sound breaks to scratch the grunge itch.
