Providence, Rhode Island melodic skate-punk five-piece Follow Thru will release their debut full-length album, ‘Eat Your Heart Out’, on 3rd September 2026 via High End Denim Records (CAN), Engineer Records (UK), Pasidaryk Pats Records (LI), and Tacocat Records (US).
“Play Hard, Play Fast” is the motto of Follow Thru, and the Providence, Rhode Island five-piece has built its sound around that philosophy. Known for writing high-energy rippers, earworm-like hooks, and unapologetic self-doubt, the band delivers songs that hit hard, move fast, and stick around long after the last chord.
Following the release of their 2024 EP ‘Ghosts’, Follow Thru returns with ‘Eat Your Heart Out’, a 12-track debut full-length that delivers the band's signature blend of catchy hooks, driving punk energy, and the everyday chaos that comes with being alive. Fuelled by beer, iced coffee, and just enough burnout and existential dread, the album captures the band’s distinct sound while refusing to take itself too seriously.
Follow Thru will be celebrating the album release with a listening party on September 3rd at Origin Beer Project in Providence, which has brewed a beer in collaboration with the band specifically for the event, followed by a release show on September 19th at The Parlor in Providence.
