The idea for Time & Matter Recordings & Engineer Records’ new special and unique Charlie Harper compilation CD was that it should be an ideal accompaniment to his critically acclaimed autobiography ‘An Anarchy of Demons’, published by Earth Island Books…

So, with the help of the NBQ Records design team, the packaging for the four-panel lancing-pack CD was conceived to reflect the book!

It was decided there’d be no separate booklet inside… then, after designing a slight remix of the book’s front and back cover for the CD packaging, the concept was thematically enhanced by placing just writing on the inside two panels, so that when you open out the CD package, all the liner notes and credits are inside ‘the covers’, so in effect, it feels like you are opening up a book!

This new sixteen track CD can be purchased from Engineer Records shop or you can get one for FREE with any paperback 'An Anarchy of Demons' purchase from Earth Island Books between now and Christmas.

Two other Earth Island Books; 'The Scene That Would Not Die' by Ian Glasper and 'Unscripted Moments: Conversations with Propagandhi' by Greg Soden also have double CDs that accompany the books, available from Engineer Records.
