We’re excited to welcome Calico Palace to the label!
A UK-based pop-punk / alt-rock band known for its energetic live shows, honest song-writing, and DIY roots, with influences ranging from classics like The Get Up Kids, New Found Glory, and All American Rejects to our own Kyoto Drive, Call Off The Search and The Startover, these guys write earworms that will stick in your minds for days on end and keep you bouncing around through the summer.

The project began 2–3 years ago with frontman Travis Sanders continuing his song-writing aims in a new band after arriving to the UK.The band has already honed their live craft, performing over 150 shows all across the UK, featuring in BBC Introducing supports, regional radio plays, as well as multiple festival appearances and opening for Versus the World off their NOFX tour.

Following a recent line-up change, the band was rearranged with drummer George Spennewyn and bassist/vocalist Ander Mendia Gutierrez, launching a new era with a fresher sound and reinvigorated vision. This brought them to Engineer Records to continue their journey and development.
With their ‘Golden Days’ EP, the band delivers a nostalgic and energetic set, recorded in London Road Studios, setting the ground for their upcoming and newly recorded EP, ‘On the Line’, produced by Luke Smithson (Royals) at River Studios, which brings heartfelt lyrics in a dynamic and spirited package. Now with their new material and a renewed presence, Calico Palace is currently preparing for new releases under Engineer Records and 2025/26 touring.

Check out the links below and look out for their new EP releases, starting with ‘Golden Days’ in digital and CD formats via Engineer Records on the 22nd August.
