Neckscars Dig the Ditch

Punk Rock Theory have premiered the lyric video for the new Neckscars single ‘Dig The Ditch’ taken from the band’s upcoming split EP with Her Head's On Fire and TheWorst on Sell The Heart Records.

“Neckscars entered Nada Recording this year to record some new tracks with no real plan for the songs,” says Neckscars’ vocalist Will Romeo. “‘Dig The Ditch’ was super special because it was the first song we wrote with Kevin Daly, our new drummer, and it fused some of our melodic hardcore influences. It was really great to have Tony from Tired Radio help us with backing vocals, and Angelo Mosca from Hudson Valley hardcore band Unfortuneteller do a guest vocal on this track. We immediately jumped at the opportunity to release this on the Sell The Heart Records Collective Seaweed tribute compilation alongside all our friends!”

The track is featured on an upcoming 6-song split EP brought to you by Sell The Heart Records, which blends three brand-new original tracks with three Seaweed covers. The release features contributions from Neckscars, Her Head’s on Fire, and the Worst, three bands tied together by the Sell The Heart Records Collective (which also includes label head and Tsunami Bomb member Andy Pohl).

This release builds on the collective’s momentum following FEST 2025, where they ripped through an 8-song Seaweed tribute set that even featured a guest appearance from Seaweed guitarist Wade Neal. (Keep an eye out at FEST this year, where the collective will be tackling a Foo Fighters cover set!)

The EP will be available to order from Sell The Heart Records’ Bandcamp page.
