'Sad Songs' is the second single to be taken from Side Project's upcoming debut album 'Bittersweet', which will be released on Engineer Records this summer. One of the first tracks written for their debut album, ‘Bittersweet’, the song opens the album and sets the scene for the rest of the rockfest. Based around heartache and a willingness to try and save a failed relationship, the track tells of failed love stories from the main characters perspective and is something that most of us will empathise with.

The band will be on tour this summer promoting the new album, with the launch show in their hometown of Leicester at The Shed with Autumn Fires and label-mates The Wolf Howls When I Scream Your Name on 7th August.
