It’s a big weekend for We Found The Wreck. Fresh from playing at the Market House in Maidstone with The Loud Trousers and Floor 14 last night they are now launching their new digi-single and video for ‘Phosphorescence’ today!
The single is streaming on all digital channels here: https://vm.group/phosphorescence-4vt-p
And the video is premiering on Thoughts Words Action here: https://thoughtswordsaction.com/2026/09/04/premiere-we-found-the-wreck/
TWA says “We are beyond thrilled to premiere “Phosphorescence,” a new single and video by We Found The Wreck.”
We Found the Wreck’s new song is ‘Phosphorescence’, written, Ren (vocalist and guitarist) tells us, “At a time when I was really struggling with finding my place in the world. It’s really about how I wanted something more from life than just the day-to-day drudgery of going to work, coming home, eating dinner, watching tv, going to bed and the doing it all again the next day.
I’d just started the band as I had wanted to be a singer since I was a kid. Once WFTW started gaining ground and I realised I could do the thing I’d always dreamed of after all. Dreams are a powerful thing. You can burn bright if only you have the courage to go for it.”
We Found the Wreck will be playing a single release show and alt-rock night at Biggin Hall this Saturday, 5th September, alongside Flame Pilots, HIGHGARDEN and The Mop Collective.
